The Kaiser suite boasts three lovely balconies that provide fine views.
The low ceilings in some areas of the suite were a constant reminder to watch my head. I knocked it a few times. The music from the nightclub across the street created noise that interfered with getting a restful night's sleep.

The Kaiser Suite at Das Reisch delivered comfort with three lovely balconies offering fine views. The hotel staff proved helpful, handling dinner reservations and giving great advice on local spots. Every breakfast felt special with a delicious spread that set a positive tone each morning. We faced noise issues from the pubs outside our room was nice. Central heating controls confused us, leading to uncomfortable temperatures at night. Despite these hiccups, I appreciated the large, clean room and the good dining experience were great.

The reception staff were extremely helpful and friendly, providing us with very good recommendations for places to go/eat around town; the location of the hotel was exceptional as it was an easy walk to the gondola and in the middle of shops/restaurants/bars; breakfast was consistently good; and we had a nice quiet and comfortable room. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again.
The only disappointment that we had was that the jacuzzi wasn't working. We had hoped to use it after a full day of skiing. It also would have been nice to have had at least one other TV channel in English other than CNN, but that is not a major issue.

The hotel has an excellent location and the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the breakfast and efficient service in the mornings. The location is great and we loved the easy access to good coffee shops and restaurants.
This hotel is not for non-smokers. The public smoking areas are not sealed off from the rest of the hotel and this is a problem. We did not have any of our evening meals in the hotel because of this.

The interior of the restaurant was warm and cozy with beautiful wood paneling.
The bar closed early, disappointing, especially since the bar manager seemed unbothered by guests wanting to enjoy a nightcap.
